Arriving for Your Appointment

 

Once you arrive at The Limi Hospital, please proceed to the main central reception desk for all Outpatient areas.

 

This reception is located on the ground floor of the A-Wing of the Hospital (which is the building to the right of the Hospital gate.

 

Patients are implored to report to this desk to check in for their outpatient appointments.

 

There are some clinics which have their own local reception areas these are: 

• Ante-natal Care Clinic

• Mouth Mirror Dental Clinic

• Peniel Eye Clinic and Surgery

• Cardiology Clinic

• ENT Clinic

• Radiology

On arrival, please report to the staff at the Outpatients reception desk as defined in your appointment letter.

 

They will record your arrival, check your details and direct you to the appropriate waiting area. Our Front-desk staff are on hand and are always delighted to offer assistance. Our outpatient clerical staff are all in uniform and can be identified by their ID Tags.

 

The Waiting Area

All waiting areas have access to water dispensers, televisions,  play areas for children (for Paediatric Clinic) and conviniences.

 

Patient information is available in all outpatient areas.  

 

 

Waiting times 

 

At The Limi Hospital, we value your time and understand how frustrating waiting could be.

 

We strive to ensure that all our patients that Most patients at The Limi Hospital are seen within 30 minutes of their appointment time, but we hope that you will understand that some patients may need a little longer for their appointment depending on the investigations required.

 

Also, emergency cases sometimes have to be slotted in and doctors may be called away.  In these circumstances, it is possible that your waiting time could increase. 

 

We are aware of how frustrating it is to be kept waiting and will keep you informed about any delays.  Please be patient with them as on rare occasions some patients have been aggressive.
